1. Premium Bike Delivery (UK Only) - £100
- Hand-delivered by Expert Mechanics: Your bike will be delivered by one of our expert mechanics who will ensure it’s fully tuned and ready for you to ride.
- Delivery Time: After your bike is assembled, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery slot—either morning or afternoon. Our drivers will keep in touch to notify you if there are any delays.
- Personal Touch: We ensure a smooth handover with personalized service, so you feel confident that your bike is perfectly set up.
2. Frame Set Delivery - £25
For frame sets, we ensure that each item is carefully packed and shipped to you. We’ll arrange delivery and provide tracking details so you can stay updated on your order’s journey.
3. Accessories, Equipment, Parts and everything else - £4.99
- Affordable Delivery for Smaller Items: For all accessories, parts, and everything else on our site (excluding bikes), we offer a low delivery fee of £4.99.
Delivery Time: Most accessories and parts are dispatched within 1-2 business days, with delivery times ranging between 2-5 working days, depending on your location.
4. Click and Collect
- Pick Up from a Local Dealer: If you prefer, you can collect your bike from one of our partner dealers. Once your bike is built, we will ship it to your preferred store, and the dealer will contact you to arrange a convenient handover time.
How It Works: Just like with our premium delivery, we’ll confirm your order and any specific requirements before shipping it to your local dealer.
International Delivery
We’re proud to offer DHL International Delivery to all major international locations, bringing our premium bikes to cycling enthusiasts around the world.
