Every Pearson bike bought online or in-store includes a complimentary ‘bike-sizing fit’. From the knowledge we have gleaned from over 3000 Pearson precision bike fits, we ensure your bike is optimised for efficiency, comfort and control.
Before we start building your bike, one of our technicians will be in touch to confirm your unique bike set up, and it’s then destined for our build shop. Our fully qualified mechanics will build and set up your bike. It will be tuned and ready to ride either straight from the box or collected from our store. Our customer care team will be in touch to arrange a delivery or collection time that suits you best.
We can alternatively deliver the bike to your local store or to your friendly mechanic.
We’ve been looking after customers for more than 160 years. Like the many who have come before, you can trust our service and after sales care to help keep you cycling for the years ahead.
Pearson House Design (PhD) is our in-house design department. Using the data from thousands of bike-fittings, we have created optimum geometries for all our bike frames. PhD geometry means Pearson bikes are designed to be ‘fit-friendly’ and able to accommodate the best positions for men and women. PhD eliminates the need for a made-to-measure frame.
Our design philosophy allows us to optimise your position by changing stem length, saddle height and setback, crank length and cleat position. A Pearson bike sizing fit also considers your riding aspirations, fitness, flexibility and any injury history. For maximising comfort and efficiency, sizing is essential. That's why no Pearson bike leaves our premises without one.
Pearson has been fitting bikes for longer than any other bike company in the world. We've learned a few things in that century and a half, we believe that every decade counts, and knowledge is accumulative. Our mechanics might combine strong young hands with the latest tech, but they're overseen by some wise old heads to achieve the best possible riding experience.
